On a recent trip to India, I took a harmonium lesson at Baba School of Music. It was wonderfully illuminating, and the team there is super friendly and deeply knowledgeable. We had a jam session afterwards where I got to play harmonium behind a master sarangi player, just fantastic. I would recommend a lesson and shop visit to anyone wanting to understand Indian classical music better. And they even had a hard-to-find-in-America reed that an acquaintance back home needed, so I stocked up. Highly recommended!
