My daughter has been attending music classes with Guru Vimala Subramanian since November 2024, starting at the age of 5.7yrs She handles kids so sweetly, involves them actively in the learning process, and is extremely patient. When we planned to move to the USA, she encouraged me not to stop my daughter’s musical journey, recognizing her talent and potential. Now, we attend online classes, and despite the challenges of keeping younger kids focused, Guru Vimala Subramanian makes time for my daughter and guides her with great patience. She encourages, motivates, and reassures us that it takes time for kids to adjust. Even my 3-year-old shows interest, joining for a few minutes and singing devotional songs along the way. Thank you, Guru Vimala Subramanian Garu, for being so patient, encouraging, and for inspiring a love for music in my children!

As an adult learner of Carnatic Music in this school, I have to admit that this school has proved that there is no age limit to start learning! Vimla has an uncanny knack of making learning a pleasure and an easy and doable task. Her passion for teaching, her methodical delivery, regularity, understanding of students difficulty and her perseverance till the student grasps the nuances of the Carnatic Music stand out. As per my experience, one can join this school for learning at any level and one wouldn’t be disappointed.

This is really good, satisfying experience joining my 5 and half year old at Sai Swar Music school. Vimala ma'am is really a wonderful teacher inculcating learning in young minds in a playful manner such that kids always love to attend classes. She encourages her students for their learnings by providing small stickers, small gifts often. This really increases confidence in children along with their learnings.
