Very poor service. I started learning drums from him in July 2025. On the very first day, he asked me to pay ₹4,000. I tried explaining that I would pay the next day, but somehow I managed to arrange the amount and paid him right then. Initially, he was generous and seemed eager to teach. However, after just three classes, I asked if he could record my playing session—just to see how much I had learned. All I needed was for him to hold the phone for a few seconds. Guess what he said? He told me, "You are no one. I’m the one who will decide whether you’re improving or not." Instead of simply helping me, he turned it into a 10-minute lecture, saying there’s no need to record and only he will judge my progress. Seriously? Just holding a phone for a few seconds was too much? I paid ₹4,000 for 8 classes in a month. He also clearly mentioned that if I exceed those 8 classes, I’d have to pay ₹4,000 again. And today, 7 August 2025—despite us confirming yesterday (6 August) that we would have a session today—I traveled 4 km to reach his place, only for him to say he wasn’t available and that we’d do the session tomorrow. No regard for my time at all. On top of that, during the sessions, he doesn’t even sit beside me while I’m playing. A true teacher or "guru" should be present, guide the student, and correct mistakes. But instead, he keeps roaming around the house, always on the phone. And exactly at the 1-hour mark, he abruptly says, "Time’s up. Let’s continue later," without even giving a minute extra. Honestly, if you have too much money and are okay with being disrespected, then go ahead and learn from this person. Otherwise, I strongly do not recommend him. Extremely unprofessional behaviour
