The Sound healing Level 1 course was a truly transformative and exceptional experience for me! Bhanu is knowledgeable, grounded and authentic. He explains theoretical concepts and demonstrates them in a simple, clear and demystified way, making them real and relatable. He made me feel comfortable as I was new to healing therapies. Learning from him is much more than just attending a course. It is an immersive journey into sound and vibrations you take with him and your fellow students. The studio was open to us outside of classes for practice which was very helpful! He also helped me buy my first set of singing bowls which I really appreciate. I feel blessed to have experienced Level 1 with an amazing mentor, people and kittens 🙂

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I had been wanting to do a sound healing training for a long time and consciously chose this course myself. Even so, my expectations were exceeded. The Level 1 Sound Healing Course was a deeply enriching and transformative experience, far beyond what I had anticipated. Bhanu is an exceptionally grounded, competent and authentic teacher. He explains theoretical concepts in a very clear and practical way, making them easy to understand and directly applicable. Even without prior experience in healing therapies, I felt safe, supported and well guided throughout the entire process. This course is much more than a training. It is an immersive journey into the world of sound, vibration and awareness, shared with inspiring people in a warm and respectful environment. Having access to the studio outside of course hours for practice was incredibly valuable and showed a genuine commitment to the learning process. Bhanu also supported me in choosing my first singing bowls, for which I am very grateful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who feels drawn to sound healing, whether as a personal journey or a professional path. It was absolutely worth it.

I’m Alex Campana, a physician and a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher. During my time in Asia, I looked for a school that taught music not only from a harmonic perspective, but also in terms of its impact on spiritual growth. I wanted to learn from someone who truly understood Nada Yoga, so I searched in Nepal and India. In the end, I found Himalayan Academy of Sound in Rishikesh. There, Bahnu, the course instructor, has created a very comprehensive program where you can learn key concepts about how to play different instruments and how vibration influence people. The knowledge I gained through this training became a solid starting point for me to continue deepening my studies and, at the same time, to offer sessions with my patients using instruments to create a positive impact. Bahnu is someone with a great deal of knowledge and a genuine willingness to share it.

I recently completed 50 hours sound healing training with Bhanu and what an incredible five days Bhanu and the HAoS came into my awareness in 2023 when I first visited Rishikesh and felt a calling to deepen my journey into the world of sound and vibration. I then ended up meeting someone in Bali from HK who had trained with him and then went to meet a couple of others on my path who had also trained with him. It wasn’t until two years later when timing was divine that I returned back to Rishikesh and was able to be in the presence of Bhanu teachings. Throughout my own healing journey, the Himalayan sound bowls have been where I connected deeply and this is why I decided to do level one. And it didn’t disappoint. I found Bhanu incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, in the most natural pure way, he just is it - he lives it and it really does show. I learnt a lot of incredible techniques with the bowls that I will be able to incorporate into my own specific work of supporting women returning to their wholeness. Not only is he good at what he does but he is also a great person - I really felt like he was a friend as well as a teacher Thank you Bhanu and I hope to see you again in Rishikesh soon ✨
