As per his promise from a week ago, and after giving him a gentle reminder 20 minutes before the class—which he also accepted—he still took it lightly. During our scheduled class time, he conducted another class, and there was no session from him. I waited for an hour. I have never faced such an issue with any other teacher. He gave many reasons for why the class could not be conducted, but if he was busy, he should not have accepted the class for that day. This has happened several times in the same way. Finally, we had to tell him that we don’t want his classes anymore—we just need our refund, as we are fed up with his excuses whenever it is time to take the class.when its time to process the refund , requested for refund for many times as he s not ready to refund our money, finally in a hard way ,we had to tell him that we need our refund once we r asked on a hard way ,without processing the refund ,he cheated us and even blocked our contact
