Amazing place and the teachers teach well would definitely recommend this place without thinking twice

I'm a local guide as you can see from my badge and I'll talk about this place purely based on my experience. I will suggest avoid this place at any cost of you want to keep your self respect. The owner's attitude is disgusting, doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Day 1: When I had visited the shop on Friday it was closed and I had to call them and then wait for them to come so I could give my guitar for service. After I met Sarfarz his attitude was nice and jolly and I was quite interested in taking up classes for me and my son both. Day 2: Sunday when I came to pickup the guitar I called Sarfarz no answer I called Arman and he says It's lunch time and come after 4pm (Govt. Bank wala response). When I told him that I wasn't informed about lunch time etc he is like it's your fault and started an argument on that notef. Can you imagine someone speaking to a customer like this would you want to be treated this way. When a customer raises a concern the attitude is like you should have known better rather then let me see how I can make this work for you etc. The attitude of Arman ruined a good note we had started off with, no doubt the word of mouth spreads fast and imagine being treated like this by someone you know the review is not going to be positive. Reply to the clarification comment: I have the call recording, I'll place it here shortly for your potential customers to decide who was rude and not but I'm boy am I glad that I didn't opt for your disgusting service based on this attitude and I'm be glad to spread the word as well. Just look at your responses to all the negative comments only defending yourself take a feedback back and also grow up, this is not how you run a successful business boy!

Its been a year since I joined this class to learn guitar and I have to say that the teaching method by the sir is very effective.I learned the basics in almost 4-5 months.The teachers are well-experienced and teach everything in a proper way.Overall,it has been a great experince since I joined this class. Highly Reccomended.
