I bought my Cort SFX-MEM Electro Acoustic Guitar from Harmony Musicals in January of 2024 after spending almost 1 hour at the store. The selection process was aided well by the manager Mr. Jose and the store assistant. Mr. Jose is very friendly and has thorough knowledge on guitars. He will make you feel at ease and will help you immensely to choose the right instrument based on your level of playing. He is not there to promote any particular instrument - he just likes to see you leave the store happy with your purchase. Moreover, the instrument prices in this store are equal or less than online prices. There is a huge difference in selecting something like a guitar online vs. a physical store-which is more accessible for any issues after purchase. One should always keep this in mind while buying something like a guitar online. Fast forward: It is slightly over a year now and I had a problem with a bridge peg on my Cort being stuck and not being able to replace a broken string. I called Mr. Jose asking if I could bring it to get help in getting the peg out. Instead of asking me to come to the store, he helped me through the process of removing this peg safely - by phone, and thereby saved me a trip to the store. This very act impressed me the most about his after sales service. I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy a musical instrument. I wish Mr. Jose and his team the very best.

Jose sir was very knowledgeable about instruments he keeps in the store, especially violin that i went to buy. From one musician to other, he was very welcoming and open to discuss anything about the instruments and equipments. I really wish i could learn directly from him. He mentioned he teaches classes in Manjeri. Hope everyone who visits the shop feels similarly as satisfied as i am.

The store was amazing . This is the place every musicians and students required. The violins are premium and handmade violins are also available, now im using that only . It sounds really great
