If you’re considering joining the Kothanur branch as an employee, I’d really advise thinking twice. In my experience, communication, support and professionalism were almost nonexistent, they expect you to go weeks without a formal agreement, that should be your first red flag. Don't expect to be heard, I had to use the word "quit" atleast 50 times, and he still didn't understand, running an organisation for 26 years and not understanding the word "quit" is beyond. You can give your soul to your work but if you decide to walk away don't expect much from them. Payment was delayed again and again, and after weeks of following up, I never receieved the full payment. Only excuses were made by the owner. I eventually walked away because it just wasn’t worth the time or stress. I hope this helps someone out there. Do not make the mistake I made. Update: (after their response) I hope their response helps understand my comment, considering they ignored everything I said and went on with all lies like the owner didn't ask me to work full time for 7 months (the amount of time I am in Bangalore). Not sure about the tutors as I was not able to meet them. But had bad experience with the administrator at the center . He had so much of attitude and was rude. So decided not to register for any class.
