I just bought a Casio CTK 3500 today for my daughter and he was kind enough to explain and walk me through the process as I dont have any idea about the keyboard. While he had a chance to make me buy a more expensive professional keyboard, he advised me not to go for it as my daughter is just a beginner. I was not so happy with some other shops (I dont wanna name anybody) as they were not so responsive to my queries. Also he gave some advise regarding keyboard classes for my daughter. Altogether, it was a nice experience for me and i believe he will support us if any similar requirement comes in the future.

Very customer friendly approach. I purchased my Clavinova CLP 835 Yamaha from him. Every questions and doubts were addressed meticulously. The delivery was much faster than expected and installation was done at home. The financial settlements were also very trustworthy. All in all a perfect destination for every need of your musical instrument. I would definitely recommend anyone for a purchase. Above all they have a good knowledge about musical instruments. Had a very pleasant experience here. I went there to service my electric guitar which was in an unusable state. It was completely restored and all issues were rectified in a short period of time. Totally recommend it to anyone whose looking at purchasing their musical instruments/accessories or for service in Kollam . Kudos to the owner Gerald sir, who is an absolute gentleman.

An awesome place to buy and service musical instruments. I went in there to repair my guitar. While in most stores the people are ignorant and are interested in only a cash grab, the owner of the store; Mr. Gerald is very passionate and knowledgeable person with over 30 years of experience in music. He was able to deduce problems on my guitar even i didn't know existed. I would recommend this place to anyone who values customer service over everything else.

During a random walkthrough to Bishop Jerome Nagar, Kollam I happened to sight this place. I initially was heading out to another place in Kollam to service my guitar, but just happened to land here by chance. I had checked in my Cherry Red Granda, and must say I've been pretty happy with the entire servicing of my guitar. The bridge was replaced.Good work done on the tuners. Fretboard looks amazing now. A polish on the neck. The pickup was also serviced and overall the guitar is worth spending some long nights over. Really pleasant experience and recommend Mr Gerald's services.
