Not satisfactory. Her approach  was not good. She sounded rude  while replying. I went for a hair cut. She first pointed out all the defects in my hair. I asked her how many steps could I get for my hair. She replied rudely saying 8, 10 ,  15....any number of steps.  While my hair is very short and thin. (Can hardly get 5 steps). Again I asked the same question and she replied the same and in the same manner.  The third time I asked and I stressed 'FOR MY HAIR.  Then she replied-5. For every question I asked a negative reply she would  give. Instead she could have suggested some alternatives. As per my knowledge beauticians generally speak politely and positively and attract the customers. This is the reverse case. Then went to other parlour where I got my service done happily.

I have been visiting this parlour since 13yrs,they really understand and remember the services they provide us and shows personal care on each customer,. I'm extremely happy with the services at friendly price and also the lady who runs it is very friendly and polite.

Excellent service with good quality service reasonable price also. I recommend this parlour.
