Pathetic and highly unprofessional service. I went for a collab makeover and they absolutely ruined my hair. Sowmiya crimped my hair using extremely high heat — she was so busy talking that she didn’t even notice my hair was burning. It’s been six months, and the crimp is still there. My natural hair texture is completely spoiled. I repeatedly told her about the issue, and she casually replied, "It will go off once your hair grows." What kind of answer is that? My real hair is damaged — how is new growth going to fix the burnt sections? And her makeup skills? Please. She overdoes everything so badly that you end up looking like a completely different person. And those eyebrows she draws—absolutely ridiculous. Go check her work, it’s way too fake. They are not at all professional, especially when it comes to hairstyling. The staff lacks basic care, attention, and skill. I would never recommend getting any service from her, especially anything related to hair. I might be rude but nothing comes before my hair so had to say sorry truth for that.

The makeup was perfect and mind blowing . They did a magic to me. Everything was awesome and the hairstyle have a special appreciation from everyone. Thank you sowhmiya for making my big day more special.
