Absolutely Terrible Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this salon. I paid an advance amount of ₹5000 for bridal makeup, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the wedding was called off. I canceled the service a full month before the scheduled date. When I called them in August 2024, they informed me of a no-refund policy but said I could use the advance for another service instead. From that very month, I’ve been trying to reach them through calls and messages to utilize the amount for a different service. Despite numerous attempts (for which I have evidence), I received no response until now. Finally, I managed to get in touch with a staff member who told me the advance was no longer valid because "too much time had passed." When I explained that I had been reaching out persistently since August 2024 with no response, I was told that the previous receptionist (who ignored my messages) had left the job and that it wasn’t their responsibility. This lack of accountability is shocking. I even managed to speak with the owner, and her behavior was appalling. She was rude, unprofessional, and outright dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their fault, she blamed me for the delay, lied, and refused to consider any resolution. It became clear that the priority here is not customer satisfaction—it’s purely about money. I strongly advise against using this salon, whether for services or learning purposes. Their approach is entirely money-driven, with zero regard for professionalism, accountability, integrity, responsible business or customer service. No empathy or support for customers who faces unforeseen circumstances. But added more pain and stress. A truly regrettable experience.
