Very Disappointing Experience at Khubsurat Academy & Salon My experience at Khubsurat Academy & Salon was extremely bad. Maine yahan facial, waxing aur manicure services liye, aur honestly koi bhi service theek se nahi ki gayi. Waxing: Waxing ek training wali girl se karwayi gayi, jise technique ka proper knowledge nahi tha. Waxing clean nahi hui and the whole process was uncomfortable. Manicure: Manicure ke time mujhe hi batana pad raha tha ki tools kaise use hote hain. They were using the filer on my cuticles, jisse mere fingers dard karne lagi. Bohot zyada unprofessional service thi. Hygiene: Salon ki hygiene bohot poor hai. Mera aur meri bhabhi ka facial ek hi room me ho raha tha, aur unka towel mujh par use kar diya gaya, which is completely unacceptable. Facial: Mera facial half ek person ne kiya, half kisi aur ne. Mask lagaya aur beech me beautician ghar chali gayi. Jab bulaya toh pata chala ki koi aur aake remaining steps karega. This showed zero professionalism. Overall: Mera paisa bilkul waste ho gaya. The staff doesn’t know how to handle customers, services are poorly done, and hygiene standards are not maintained. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
