Simran make-up,lash,nail studio and academy

I reached out to them on WA to book few treatments/appointments for my mother who is currently staying nearby to their studio. Almost ended up begging for their response as they didn’t reply back to messages or confirmed the booking. No response at all. ( Because they gave me a scanning QR for the pre payment & because I live abroad and could only make a transfer with written details They didn’t provide that too ) Very Unprofessional & Unfriendly. Be respectful and responsive in your business specifically when a client is reaching out & checking in back & forth for your response. - Also they don’t have a list of services that they could provide me to choose from. You have to ask everything and every detail of the treatment.

Got my nail extensions done and had a wonderful experience! The staff was very polite, and a special thanks to Samreet for doing an amazing job. She was extremely cooperative and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional service at Simran Nail Studio. My nails were not done properly. The staff member left my service halfway to meet a friend and asked someone else to finish the job. Poor finishing and a complete waste of time. Not recommended.
