Got a formal haircut here and overall had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, the place had a nice vibe, and the cut looked neat and professional. The only thing was that the front portion of my hair wasn’t done as well as I expected—it could’ve used a bit more formal. Still, I liked the overall result and would consider coming back again.

I booked Botox hair treatment, balayage highlights and a facial at The Napit Salon Academy, Serampore. The team was welcoming, explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The Botox made my hair soft and healthy, balayage looks stylish and my skin is glowing after the facial. Amazing service, clean salon and very professional staff. Definitely the best salon near GT Road Serampore for Botox and balayage.

Absolutely excellent experience! The stylist Sudeep totally understands exactly what suits my face and hair type. Beard shaping is precise, haircuts are always on point, and hygiene is top-notch. In addition, good coffee served.

Just been there a day ago, there services, behaviour are awesome without any doubt, but now there comes a problem which I felt and that is I have been to many big salons but I always prefer to take suggestions from the main professional and experienced one and do my makeover under his guidance, what I felt here is the main man here is kinda ignorant . Please make sure whenever someone is coming and asking for suggestions from the senior one, pay heed to it, provide whatever is necessary, you earn by this work and during puja you'll have more customers but it's your duty to attend to every customer and suggest likewise. Moreover if you are looking for a salon with low price and best services it's Napit without any doubt. Did hair cutting, de-tan, massage, global colour.. and everything was perfect.
