"Overall it was good experience with good services and friendly staff, but the owner's unsolicited guess of my surname ('Nikita Kamble') felt like caste-based stereotyping and left me offended whereas I belong to upper caste . This kind of assumption has no place in customer interactions. Good services and friendly staff but owner ने माझ्या प्रथम नावावरून आडनाव 'कांबळे' असे अनुमान लावणे हे जातीय पूर्वग्रहदूषित वाटले, ज्यामुळे मला अपमानित वाटले. ग्राहकांशी संवाद साधताना अशा प्रकारच्या गृहीतकांना कोणतेही स्थान नाही.

Hello...I have a wonderful experience and guidance regarding exact treatment to be taken as per our skin and hair . I liked the co operative staff too. Parlour is hygienic, pleasant , highly recommended

After doing hydrafacial my skin is glowing. My face pimples are decreased. My skin looks shiny, smooth and clear. It's result is very quick.

The staff and the owner herself is very nice and non judgemental they won't comment on your hair conditions or skin anything they'll listen to what you say and suggest accordingly
