My girlfriend joined Tamil’s Makeover Artistry and the experience was extremely disappointing. She was promised in writing (PDF) that for ₹30,000 all products and proper training would be provided, but after joining extra charges were demanded and the fees were different for each student (₹25k / ₹30k / ₹35k). The so-called "June batch" actually started at the end of July, with only 4 students, though she was told seats were almost full. The trainer came late, did not teach properly, and didn’t even allow proper practice. When students requested a refund, she delayed, lied with false promises of cheque and promissory note, and still has not refunded. She even posted my girlfriend’s video without her consent as a "bridal booking," which is highly unethical. Please be cautious—what is shown on Instagram is completely different from reality.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Tamil makeover artist. We booked her services but had to cancel within a week due to personal reasons. At the time of booking, she insisted on full payment instead of just an advance. After cancellation, her attitude completely changed, and she refused to refund the amount. We had to file a police complaint, after which only one-fourth of the booking amount was refunded. Since then, we have taken the matter to the consumer court, and the case is still under process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this artist for any makeup bookings.
