They couldnt do a basic oiling and washing properly. They neither informed me nor asked me for the oil preference. The guy kept pulling my hair even after constantly telling him, he kept on doing it. While washing he washed my hair with cold water and kept applying products. All i realised was the entire staff was in a hurry and was not willing to give sufficient time. The staff keeps changing one might have a good experience once but one can never rely.

I recently got my hair dyed and I’m really happy with the results. I also tried the hair spa, and it was amazing! My hair was very frizzy and extremely dry before, but now it feels super soft and my curls look much more even. I had requested an earlier appointment because I needed time to pick up my daughter, and they were very kind to come in before their usual opening time. I really appreciate how accommodating they were. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, especially with the owner, Ms. Chaya, around.

I visited Uniglow Parlour recently for hair styling and while I really liked the hairstyle initially, I was quite disappointed that it didn’t last even 30 minutes. I hadn’t even changed my clothes yet, and the curls had already fallen flat. I expected it to stay at least for a couple of hours — especially since it was for a function. I’m not saying the work wasn’t good — the stylist did a nice job and I was happy with how it looked right after the session. But I feel the products used, especially the hair setting spray, were not effective or of good quality. My honest suggestion to the team would be to use better hair setting products so the style holds up for a reasonable time. Otherwise, all the effort (and cost) goes to waste. Hoping to see improvements in this area, as I do like your work overall!
