I had a very good experience at VLCC Rajarhat, especially with therapist Sudha. She is polite, skilled, and made me feel comfortable during the service. The treatment was done carefully and gave good results.

I recently visited VLCC, and overall my experience was quite good. The staff was polite, professional, and attentive to my needs. The ambience was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The service I received was satisfactory, and I appreciated the staff’s efforts to explain each step of the process clearly.

Worst experience ever with VLCC. Their treatment is extremely poor, and once they take the money, they stop caring about the customer completely. What happened with my mother is shocking — they forcibly took her mobile phone and fraudulently imposed a loan of around ₹7 lakh on her without her consent. This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. They are cheating innocent customers and taking advantage of them. VLCC should be held accountable for such fraudulent practices. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this centre.

Enrolling my wife here is one of the worst decisions I’ve made. This place is a complete scam — they care about nothing except collecting money. Students are treated like they don’t matter. Skin classes are a joke — either not conducted properly or canceled at the last minute without any valid reason. In the last 20 days, only a single class has happened; the rest were arbitrarily canceled. Students are forced to bring their own models for practice, and the institution doesn’t even have proper tools. This is pure negligence and exploitation. Once you pay and get admitted, all their promises go straight out the window. Their words mean nothing — absolutely no value, no integrity, just false assurances to trap students.
