Priti & jay salon ka sabse bura exprience raha hai me waha gya apni wife ko lekar treatment karane mene unko bola meri wife ke hair me koi accha treatment sa sugges karo to unhone bola botox kra lo of botox karne lage lekin jab wo product apply kar rhe the to mene dekha wo product hi alag hai q ki mene pehle bhi karaya tha apni wife ke botox to wo blue colour ka product tha lekin mene jab ye buja to mere sath misbehave kra baad me mere wife ke hair burn ho gye waha unprofessional kaam hota hai me kabhi bhi apni wife ko lekar waha nhi jaunga or kisi ko bhi nhi bhejunga waha jana matlab apne hair or time ko kharab karna please koi bhi priti & jay salon me service karane na jaye or na hi kisi ko jane de apne friends & relative ko ye baat btaye

Worst experience I had at priti and jay. Half of their staff is north indian they don't understand marathi. Well not knowing marathi or being north indian is not a problem. Way they treat you as a costumer is problematic. I ask that stylist to cut my hair in marathi the way he said " hindi main bolo " was very rude and inappropriate towards a client. I am not saying he must know marathi, he could have said this same thing in polite manner that "sry I don't understand what you just can you please repeat in hindi" .when I said that you arrogent and you work here atleast try to understand marathi, he literally made face which I saw through mirror. Talking about their owner she is not friendly with everyone don't greet you well. Staff is not enthusiastic don't offer a chair to sit. Whole staff seats on couch where client suppose to sit . I myself have to ask for a sit I was carrying my baby . Speaking about their service is not good either lack of hygiene, Not welcoming i felt like disturb them and I am not paying them they doing my hair cut for free that was their faces . If we point out their mistake they get frustrated. May they treat coustom by looks. If I'm paying you I deserve good service.

Waste of money, there is non professional staff who very low in experience and not doing haircut as per customer expectation and satisfaction. I went for hair spa there, and I did it even as per their suggestion, but I didn't get the final result well of this spa, the cream that they used for this was so chip. it was totally waste of money. Also hair texture are get more frizzy after done spa. Don't do any Hair spa here, this is totally waste of time and money.
