Very disappointing experience. Despite a 3.5-hour engagement makeover, the team felt rushed; the makeup artist arrived 30 minutes late, the hairstyle was very poor, and overall finishing was badly missed—visible safety pin, poor draping, no emergency kit for fixes, grey hair coverage issues, neck–face color mismatch, and last-minute mascara application that messed up the eye shadow. Her claimed experience does not reflect in her work and there was a clear lack of professionalism. Charging ₹12k for HD makeup for such an experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend.

Jaya Dii, I had trusted your team to deliver exceptional service and create beautiful memories, but instead, I ended up with regrets that I wouldn’t wish on any bride.As I booked Golden Brush Makeup Artist for my wedding, expecting their expertise to add a touch of magic to a day I had envisioned for so long. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. I had specifically finalized a messy bun hairstyle for my big day, but the hairstylist failed to execute the look and ended up giving me free, curled hair instead. Even more disheartening was the lack of support for the antique braid during the muhurtam ceremony—a key part of my traditional look—which was completely neglected by the team. What truly shattered the day, however, was the behavior after the reception makeup. Despite having already paid a substantial deposit of 10,000 INR before the wedding, I was unexpectedly confronted about an alleged shortfall in payment. Their team went as far as to yell at my mom , creating an environment of stress and embarrassment that no bride or family should ever have to endure . My wedding day, already laden with expectations and emotions, turned sour because of their unprofessionalism.
