It was "THE WORST service I could ever expect " .I would never go there again not recommend others to visit . I had been there for hair straightening 4 weeks ago , they did the steps I don't know how far they were right ( considering the results so far) !... It was not even 2 days my hairs started turning rough in texture and also started to fall off , they are not even straight at some places ... I went to make my hair look better there it got worse.. It is so pathetic..they don't care about efficiency of their service and customer satisfaction.. It is so Annoying and Disappointing!

My experience in this salon was very bad. I got my hair smoothening done from this salon. My hair started becoming rough from the second day of getting it smoothened. When I went to get it washed, I told their staff that my hair did not feel soft, they said there is still chemical at ur hair..and it will become soft after washing the hair. After washing, they did blow dry etc., it was fine then itself but from the next day my hair started becoming rough and frizzy.. meaning, it did not seem as I got the smoothening done.. These people become complete fools in the name of offers.. They do not do any work in the name of sale and take full money... These people jabrdsti ka product dete customer k mna krne k bad b. The product which is about to expire, they will forcibly catch it. Pathetic experience for hair service
