Not even worth one star. Very disappointed with MAC3’s professionalism and customer handling. I cancelled my booking more than 2 months in advance due to miscommunication from their staff. Even then, I was understanding and agreed to pay for the trial makeup, requesting only the remaining amount as a refund. I followed up from the day of cancellation, but there was hardly any response from their side. Later, when I was contacted by a representative, she spoke in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner and gave incorrect reasons for my cancellation, including claiming that I cancelled because the artist didn’t show up on my wedding — which is completely false. I cancelled well in advance. I was verbally told I would receive a 5000 refund, but later this was denied by suddenly referring to a refund policy that was never clearly communicated earlier. Aasha promised to call me back after Jan 10, but never did. I remained polite and patient throughout, but instead of accountability, I was blamed. This experience has completely broken my trust. Customers deserve respectful communication, transparency, and timely responses — none of which I received here.

I booked them for My brother’s wedding. There is no problem is make up nothing. We booked for 4 people unfortunately 2 people couldn’t turn up for make up. So after wedding i was asking the possibility of returning the money. I was handled by Dhanalakshmi from the beginning. After me asking for possibility of returning back money, she never returned my calls nor my texts. When tried connecting with Aasha, she asked me to deal with dhana itself as she is the person handling clients. Been more than a month, no messages or calls from any of them. Dhana said she will check and comeback. I dont know when that comeback comes to her. Suddenly, today i got message from unknown number stating that no is official number for mac3. No name nothing. Simply said we came its your fault thay you didn’t show up. I do accept we didn’t come. I actually asked for the possibility. For that possibility itself, they didn’t respond for nearly one and a half month. No professional behaviour and very bad attitude. Its not about money. Its about the behaviour showed with me. Could have told me on the first day of my inquiry itself. Very bad way of treating customers. At the end, its humiliation, waste of my time in follow up and cheating

I had the best experience with Mrs. Ashu as my wedding makeup artist! She was so friendly, incredibly skilled and she truly knows her craft. I was so nervous about getting my makeup done as I didn’t want to look like a completely different person. But Mrs. Ashu and her team did an amazing job of making me looking like me by enhancing my natural facial features. The final look was just flawless and I felt beautiful and confident throughout the day. For my reception look, they did my saree draping and it was SPOT ON—exactly how I wanted it! A huge thank you to Mrs. Ashu and the team at Mac3 Studio for making me feel like the best version of myself on my big day! I truly cannot recommend them enough! ❤️✨

Hi ... Asha mam has done great makeover to my daughter for her engagement, wedding in 2021and now in her baby shower in 2025. We really loved the way she made my daughter's makeover look more elegant. Without so much colour change, she made my daughter look gorgeous in her own skin tone that's what we really loved the way of her work. I recently took services from Mac3 along with my cousins and we are more than happy with their work. I just went to their studio for enquiry&trial and got impressed by their hospitality and commitment. Mrs.Ashu - She’s an amazing artist who loves her profession by heart and does her job not just for the sake of money .She provided suggestions for hairstyle/makeover based on my facial features and I completely loved it . She’s got a wonderful committed staffs who works hard to make us happy on our special occasions . We were running out of time as it was an early morning Muhurtham, but this team handled it pretty well I made sure to pen this down cos this team deserves a loud appreciation !
