My experience with Kareer Krafters was excellent. My son was searching for good opportunity for his career development. He had almost 6 years kitchen experience of 5 star hotel but not fully satisfied about his future career due to lack of proper opportunities to work in department of his choice. He decided to move out and started finding out appropriate career developer or consultant and he come across with Kareer Krafters. In our first interaction, we were satisfied with the professional approach and skilled and experienced executive who explained us opportunities abroad and helped us in choosing a country from the various options. They did not forced us to select a country but explained pros and cons of each country considering cost, standing of universities, opportunities after completion etc. They welcome our queries any number of times visiting office or on mobile and gave us proper advice. Hi Kareer Krafters, Your team, including Diya, has completely ghosted me for 2 weeks no replies to calls or texts. You can cover up as much as you want, but the truth is that your BDM promised me a refund at the time of signing the contract if the work is not done. I paused the entire process only because the college I wanted priced within the range Diya told me became more expensive. I specifically chose a 12,000 USD college because Diya said it was possible. Later, she informed me that the prices had increased, and on top of that, multiple visas were being rejected for students who applied through you. I asked for a refund because: A) The work you promised was not done. B) The budget and college options you showed me during consultation did not match reality. C) The money I gave you is mine Even though the contract said "no refund," I still went ahead only because Diya personally assured me that if things don’t work out, my money would be returned. This is why I did not pay or sign for the first two weeks until Diya gave me that guarantee. My siblings have used your J1 services for 4–5 years, which is the only reason I trusted your company and paid you in the first place. I am not here to create drama or damage your reputation. That’s why I am not attaching screenshots of all the times you ignored my calls and messages though I very well can, and everything is documented. I have already filled out the refund form. I only want my money back. Please process my refund at the earliest instead of delaying further.

Working here has significantly boosted my confidence. My colleagues are very cooperative, and the Managing Director as well as the Director are extremely supportive, motivating, and inspiring.
