I contacted Infinity Civil Service Academy to inquire about CSAT 2026 coaching as a working professional. Unfortunately, the response I received was very curt and unhelpful. Instead of guiding me about future batches or alternative options for working professionals, I was simply told there were "no vacancies." For an academy that claims to prepare students for one of the toughest exams in the country, I expected a more professional and supportive approach. A proper explanation about upcoming batches, waitlists, or flexible learning options would have been appreciated. I hope the management improves their communication and shows more consideration to prospective students who genuinely wish to prepare for civil services alongside their jobs.

Good faculties. I am a student of last year pcm batch and was very satisfied with the facilities provided. Reading room is also well maintained with individual cabins. Overall the experience was excellent.

About the reading room: Personal space (Cabin) and great chairs. Air conditioned. Neat and clean. Great space to study if you are preparing for competitive exams. They also give programs for UPSC preparation.

One of the or the Best reading rooms in Trivandrum. The ambience, space, facilities and everything is well satisfying. You won't feel a loss of money after joining here. The internet connectivity is also the best. The temperature inside is perfect. Also it opens at 5 and stays upto 12. The office guys are way cool ! I would recommend this to every aspirant !

Calm and Peaceful atmosphere. Reading room facility requires special mention. Outstanding faculties and polite staff. Flexible time duration for both working and non working aspirants.

Surely i can suggest you this academy for upsc preparation . The qualities of the faculties and staffs are very gentle and kind . What i love most is the class strategy. And the qualities of the prelims test series and mains test series are very good .And the reading room facilities are very conducive for studying .

One of the best reading rooms in trivandrum. Calm and quiet, fixed cubicle for all, WiFi, good atmosphere for preparation, also can reach to the city, all facilities available, staffs are good, fully air conditioned. I suggest to all....
