I have referred 4–5 students to Texas Review in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Vijayawada and never faced any issues — but the Vizag branch has been my worst experience so far. The management here is extremely poor and feels completely unprofessional. There is no proper staff, no manager available to resolve issues, and the front office team is careless, often absent, and unavailable when needed. On top of that, the IELTS trainer is on leave, and an unqualified trainer with zero knowledge is handling the classes, which is shocking for an institute that claims to prepare students for international exams. The manager is also busy with personal work and chit-chatting with the IELTS trainer, instead of addressing student concerns or maintaining the centre properly. Because of this experience, I have stopped referring students to Texas Review. The Vizag branch is seriously damaging the company’s credibility and reputation. My entire opinion of Texas Review has changed after seeing the way this branch operates and manages students.

But how smooth the journey feels depends entirely on the captain (your trainer) and the crew (your local branch). What really stands out is their structured approach. The sessions don't just dump grammar and vocabulary at you — they teach you how to think in IELTS terms: how to decode reading passages, structure essays under time pressure, and manage the infamous speaking nerves. The mock tests are the real highlight; they're timed, well-designed, and mirror the real exam surprisingly well. If you take them seriously, you'll walk into the test center calr & dready.
