I gave my IELTS exam at this IDP test centre and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite signs clearly asking for silence and a quiet environment, the staff themselves were constantly whispering — and not in a quiet manner. Their "whispering" was loud enough to distract not just me, but likely many other candidates as well. What’s worse is that it wasn’t just one or two individuals — multiple staff members were engaged in ongoing conversations throughout the exam. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a high-stakes testing environment where concentration is key. I expected better from an official test centre. I sincerely hope IDP looks into this and ensures that future candidates are given the respectful, silent environment they deserve.

The ambience of the IDP center is quite good, we have been provided proper instructions and essential tool to help in exam.
