Good place with proper seating arrangement and waiting room. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this place over Andheri as there are less number of candidates as compared to andheri, so you can focus more. Speaking of the equipments i.e. headphones and keyboards - headphones are good, they are over ear headphones, but they aren't noise cancellation. Keys on the keyboard are bit hard to press so you have to press it harder than your normal keyboard. The tests are on time, even speaking test. Recommending this place for focused and quiet environment. Also the slots are easily available as compared to andheri center. Infact I travelled from mahim to here which is almost an hour of journey.

The staff are rude, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in assisting candidates. The positive reviews seem misleading, as candidates are reportedly pressured into leaving good feedback. The level of attitude displayed by the staff is shocking and highly unprofessional. This was by far my worst experience.

The environment was calm and well-organized, which really helped me stay focused during the exam. The speaking examiner was polite and made me feel comfortable, helping me perform with confidence.
