I had best experience of studying IELTS withThe British IELTS and Overseas Education, Borivali with the help of certified trainer and well trained staff. Their timings are very flexible and the batches are also according to our ability. My trainer was excellent and she teaches every Module in depth and the batches are small so the trainer focuses on every individual personally. Definitely going to recommend them.

I've never encountered someone as unprofessional, insensitive and money-minded as RANJEETA KANKANI. During my admission process to Coventry University, she constantly pressured and brainwashed me to pay fees even before I cleared my IELTS exam. She gave repeated false assurance that she would help me with a refund if anything went wrong. That was a complete lie. Due to a serious medical emergency, I had to step back from my study plans abroad. That’s when her real face came out — not even a single word of understanding, no support, no empathy. She completely ignored my situation and treated me with zero humanity. To make things worse, she doesn’t even know how to speak properly with students. Her tone is rude, arrogant, and completely unfit for someone working in education consultancy. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had — not just professionally, but on a human level. I wouldn’t recommend The British Institute to anyone, if RANJEETA KANKANI is involved. She is manipulative, greedy, unprofessional and absolutely untrustworthy.

Amazing experience, I have started my IELTS training with British Institute in Borivali, and my mentor Naazia khan gives her best to teach and train us. They also provide free counseling for further process. Genuine place, no need to worry about scam or something. Go for it. Best wishes
