I took my computer-based IELTS exam here recently, and honestly, the overall experience was just average—especially considering the exam cost over ₹18,000. The examiners and the staff handling IDs and photos were professional and polite, which I appreciated. The test itself went smoothly, and when one student’s computer crashed, the staff helped her quickly, which was great to see. However, the front desk staff were quite rude and unfriendly. They kept pushing us to leave a Google review, which felt forced and uncomfortable. The center itself is also quite small—just a tiny waiting area, three speaking rooms, and one room for computer-based tests. I’m not sure if they conduct written tests here. What really irritated me was the coordinator during the exam. He kept interrupting us with instructions, read super fast from a script, and made it hard to focus during the listening and reading sections. Overall, a very okay-ish experience. The test setup was fine, but the staff attitude and environment could use a serious upgrade.

I had a very smooth and professional experience with IDP IELTS. The staff was helpful and well-organized, and all instructions were clearly explained before the test. The test center was clean and comfortable, and the exam was conducted on time without any issues. Overall, it was a stress-free and well-managed experience. I would definitely recommend IDP IELTS to anyone planning to take the exam.

I had a really good exam experience at this centre. The staff is highly supportive and organised. They helped me understand everything at each stage and supported me with an extra water bottle when I needed it. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

My speaking test was going very well and I had almost completed Part 3, only 2 questions were left. But due to a network issue from the examiner’s side, the test got disconnected. I had to give the test again, to another examiner and unfortunately the second test didn’t go well. Because of that I might lose my good band. This was very disappointing as it was not my fault. I request fair consideration for my performance in the first test.

The overall staff experience was good. I felt no issue. The washroom are hectic. I would say horrible. They are hell. They don't have even room fresher there. No washing hands facility. No sanitizer. There was a odd smell coming from there. Serious chances of UTI. Be aware guys.

If you're doing the computer-based exam, they make you do all the parts on the same day. If you choose a 1.00pm slot for the listening, reading, and writing, you'll have a speaking slot for 12.00pm. So, with the expectation of arriving 15-20 minutes before the exam, the whole thing ends up being 4+ hours with a 10 minute break. Having the speaking section on a different day or with a large break between is a better way of scheduling so that testtakers have enough time to eat/use the restroom and are not without food/ a bathroom break for several hours. If you want to eat/go to the bathroom, it will be during the time of your exam. Overall, a poor system. Plus, the equipment seemed outdated. My headphones stopped working on one side during the listening section (they had to pause my test and give me another set). And my station had a stink. I also didn't appreciate that they pressured you into leaving a review before letting you leave the premises.

Speaking test experience was very smooth and went well. They guide you through the entire process. Just arrive a little early so you can put your belongings in the locker.
