I am writing this review to share my very disappointing experience with AIM Overseas, who claim to be professional visa consultants. I trusted them to handle my visa process, but unfortunately, they turned out to be one of the most unprofessional and unreliable agencies I have ever dealt with. From the beginning, they gave me false promises and incomplete information. They seemed helpful at first, but once I made the payment, their attitude completely changed. They stopped answering my calls and messages properly, and whenever I tried to get updates about my file, they gave excuses or unclear answers. It felt like they only cared about collecting money, not actually helping students or clients. They also made several mistakes in my documents and didn’t take responsibility for their errors. When I tried to discuss my concerns, they were rude and disrespectful. Their lack of honesty and professionalism caused me a lot of stress and wasted both my time and hard-earned money. I trusted AIM Overseas to guide me correctly, but they failed to do their job properly. I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before dealing with this company. Always verify the consultant’s background and check real reviews before paying anyone. In my personal opinion, AIM Overseas is not a trustworthy agency. They do not provide transparent service, and their behavior after taking payment is unacceptable. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake I made.
