I sincerely apologize for the review posted on your institution. Today, I was at the Suzuki Service Centre in Jaunpur, where I was speaking with someone. He mentioned searching for something online and, without my knowledge or permission, posted a comment/review. I was not aware that this had been done. I only came to know about it after receiving your reply. I truly regret this incident and assure you it was unintentional. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

What I appreciated most was the interactive approach—group discussions, role-plays, and one-on-one feedback made learning both effective and fun. My confidence in speaking English improved noticeably within a few weeks, and I now feel comfortable communicating in professional and everyday situations.
