I wish I could give them zero stars. The staff, including the manager, are untrained and highly unprofessional. One staff member, Taniya, behaved extremely rudely and lacked basic skills. She was unable to zoom out the screen for us to read the document and, after trying twice, told us to "read it like this" because she couldn’t fix it. Our appointment was at 11:30 AM, but they called us just one day earlier to pick up the file from their office. In the evening, they told us to go to the Kapurthala branch because someone would accompany us to the embassy. However, the next morning we received another call telling us to reach the Jalandhar branch instead. This back-and-forth clearly shows their lack of coordination. When we reached their office at 10:30 AM (the time they told us to come), the file wasn’t even ready. We saw Taniya writing the SOP while we were standing there. She was still asking us basic details like number of siblings—information we had already provided 6–7 times to multiple team members. It is obvious that there is zero communication within their team. Every time I sent requested documents to one staff member, another staff member would call asking for the same information again. The entire process was disorganized, confusing, and stressful. I strongly recommend that no one use their services. They misguide clients, provide poor service, and seem only interested in taking money

This is the best institution for doing Ielts since trainers provide best guidance along with tips and tricks for cracking an exam... I am quite satisfied and damm sure I would be able to achieve my target of getting 7 band scores

I attended classes from milestone for uk study visa interview and I was impressed by the teaching style and guidance given by milestone so I cleared my interview in first attempt
