Very professional people especially Neha who has done all the efforts for sending my son to Waterloo. The global exposure has very strong professional team.

I had a very disappointing experience with this PTE center. Despite making the full payment, they did not provide me with a laptop or headphones for practice. I kept requesting — even begging — for the basic equipment, but they ignored my concerns. Moreover, the trainer lacks proper knowledge of the PTE exam. He was unable to explain or solve all the modules confidently, and I didn’t feel supported in my preparation. This is unacceptable for a coaching center that charges money and promises quality training. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is serious about their PTE preparation. It felt like a complete waste of time and money.
