I had a delightful experience today , the instructions, test quality, Video and sound quality was all good. The place was quite. Only thing that bothered me was the person at Registration desk ( Shobana ) I felt she was bit rude and treated everyone like teenage students.

I have appeared for the IELTS exam previously as well, and I must say that the overall experience this time was significantly better than before. The staff were supportive, the process was well-organized, and everything was managed smoothly and professionally. I recently took my IELTS test at this centre and had a great experience overall. The staff were professional, the check-in process was smooth, and the exam environment was calm and well-organized. The invigilators clearly explained every step, which helped reduce the usual test-day stress. The sound quality during the listening test was clear, and the speaking examiner was very polite and made me feel comfortable. place I well maintained but have to say that if ur visiting along with candidates then ur are busted.. because first start with parking travelling thru bike or another transport apart from car no issue if ur reaching thru car then don't have proper car parking and can't park anywhere outside because its busy place and near museum and another huge nightmare is waiting.. since they Don't have lobby most of the people will end up in waiting in stairs are in cars .

have attended two tests at this centre. During my first attempt, everything went smoothly — the examiner was polite and patient. However, due to my nervousness, I missed one point , so I had to retake the test. Unfortunately, my second experience was very disappointing. The examiner this time was quite rude and seemed impatient to explain things again. I was already anxious about my retake, and this attitude made me lose my concentration.

I really had an amazing experience with this IELTS exam centre. Staffs are always available to make sure that will never lost our way and kept guiding us. They are so humble and the area is fully clean and silent throughout my exam period
