Extremely disappointing experience with Rao Immigrants.
My consultant was changed multiple times after my parent’s Canada visitor visa application was submitted. Once the payment was made, the level of professionalism and communication dropped significantly. There was no clear guidance on next steps, and follow-ups became extremely difficult. Despite repeated calls and attempts to get updates on my parents’ application, calls were neither answered nor returned. Unfortunately, The results was updated on portal but we were not informed for 1 months. When I attempted to escalate the issue to the manager (GUNJAN), I was repeatedly assured that the consultant would call back "within 10 minutes," but those calls never happened. This pattern continued without resolution. Overall, this was a very frustrating and stressful experience. The lack of communication, accountability, and client handling reflects poor management and inadequate service standards. I strongly feel that better training, transparency, and respect toward clients are necessary. Clients invest their time, trust, and money, and they deserve timely responses and honest communication. Worst immigration ever.

Rao Consultants is one of the most unprofessional and unreliable firm I have ever dealt with. I trusted them with my own visitor visa file more than 8 months ago, and the experience has been worst , frustrating and mentally exhausting. They had taken 100 % consultancy fees in advance before giving any proper guidance and information for the same, and once I had paid the fees, they completely ignored my Calls and messages , no update on my file , although I have paid the fees to get our work done , we have to take constant follow up with our case advisor - Tisha Ubhrani , she is very rude in the communication , she doesnot have any atticates how to talk with the client and how to dealt with the client .She never answer my calls, she never respond to my messages and emails , I have to find always new no to get in touch with her and always I receive few answers from her I will call you back and I am in meeting .Although I had plan to go to Canada in March - 2025 and today is September - 2025 , these guys are still asking for same documents again and again which I have already provided to them many months back.Many a times I have done inperson meeting with my case advisor - Tisha Ubhrani and her case manager - Gunjan Shah , still I don’t have received any resolution yet. Some times back I had already talk to the director of the company - Mrs Urmila Rao as well where I have explained her all my issues and I have asked for my refund of my paid fees where she had given me commitment that she will resolve my concerns and will do the needful but still till today no has given me any resolution on my issues raised although its been more than 8 months I had paid fees to them. When Director her self is not interested at all in their own old client , how would their employee and staff could be. This company had given me nothing but mental harassment, countless follow-ups, and disappointments only. They lack transparency, ethics, and client service. Entire company - Rao Consultants only runs on false verbal commitments and false verbal assurance from bottom level to top level of Director - Mrs Urmila Rao her self including. I would strongly warn each and everyone in Ahmedabad and in entire india and in entire world to do not trust this fake and fraude company at all and don’t waste your money , peace of mind and your precious time in this company at all. I have all the evidences of my all communication done with my case advisor , with her Manager and with Mrs.Urmila Rao as well which I will very soon flash on all social media platforms so that all can be aware of this .

Worst experience with Rao Consulatncy main branch near uni area near passport office brnach. I gave my parents visa files on June 2025 because my parents were planning to visit canada and attend my wife graduation ceremony on July 11 2025. We paid 50,000 Rs. Inr for the visa process. Then after I send all the documents but the process from their side is too slow. I have a doubt that they don't save our docs properly and every time they msg to us in canada and call my parents that we need documents and they changed internal employee who handle our file 3 time so every time my parents have to submit the docs again to them and after 4 months they told us that still they need a documents. My parents lives far from ahmedabad in 4 months my father went there 2 to 3 times in person but Manager Gunjan Shah and other employees again gave different reason so at the end I was nervous , anxious and disappointed with their working method and told them not put my parents visior visa file. Main disadvantages Lack of communication No time limit False reasons to delay Every time they change different employee for our file They don't know that people have other work to do . Think 2 times before visit rao consultancy. Poor standards and unexperienced staff and they will never do your work on time for sure. Manager Gunjan Shah has to take responsibility and refund full amount of fees which my parents paid for visa file because at the end of 4 months they never submit the file only timeline increase because of their worst standards and poorer skills of employees. Experince of file handling:- 0 out of 10 Communication :- 0 out of 10 Overall service :- 0 out of 10 At the end money does not matter but the most valuable thing is time and schedule . My both parents are working and government employees they already applied vacation to visit here in canada for graduation ceremony and because of the worst service from rao they were not able to visit the canada. Think 2 times to visit rao because they will charge money only not give proper service for any kind of immigration work.

My overall experience with the visa consultation team was mixed. While Humera was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and supportive during my visa process and interview preparation, I did experience delays and slower communication from the rest of the team. Humera’s guidance truly stood out and made a positive difference — I’d recommend working with her specifically for a smooth and efficient experience.
