The quality of infrastructure was good. Didn’t really face any technical difficulties through my session. The staff was really helpful and welcoming

My overall experience was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I gave the Computer-based IELTS exam. Unfortunately the headphones given to me were not noise-cancelling as mentioned on the website. They were good quality, no doubt. But I could still hear other test takers typing next to me which made it difficult to focus for a bit. All of the other facilities were adequate

I had a very good experience giving exam over here. All the things were professionally handled, no mistakes and the test was conducted very smoothly. My main fear in Computer Based exam was the quality of the systems, but to be very honest, the systems were great condition, so was the seating and everything was managed very professionally.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Unlike the pen-and-paper test center, the staff here spoke English fluently and were very friendly and professional. I had a terrible experience during the paper-based test before, but I can confidently say that taking the computer-based test was completely worth it. It was convenient, time-saving, and the staff were excellent. Thank you to the entire team!

I was extremely happy to take the test, but my speaking did not go well because the examiner voice kept breaking. The examiner did not allow me to repeat the question. I asked two or three times, but the examiner shook their head and said no.
