From day one, we were misguided and given incorrect and incomplete advice for both student visa and visitor visa processes. Their team clearly lacks end-to-end knowledge and coordination. Because of their poor guidance and unprofessional handling, my son’s student visa was rejected twice, which has severely affected his academic future and caused immense mental stress to our family. Despite clear commitment from their executive Mr. Saurabh regarding refund of I-20 fees, the company has not refunded a single rupee till date. After rejection, their response and responsibility completely vanished. Additionally, my wife’s visitor visa was also rejected due to improper documentation and lack of preparation. One of their representatives, Ms. Nidhi, appeared to be completely unaware of visa requirements, procedures, or documentation.
