This is third class service, they take a lot of time for logging in to parents and also take late response to calls, once they make a mistake they try to negotiate and explain their rules and regulations. If we Tell about the teacher, then the person told "I am grateful that you are less than the non-paid one so that you can get the service..."One thing I would like to say to you is VMS team, we are capable of paying the fees but you are not able to provide the service..except it very pathetic experience.I have all my follow up details and not responding call details late rebert details and sarcastically behavior call details. As replied by you paid some amount, pls tell how much amount, I am ready to pay. and provide me a quality teacher. as you replied that 8+year exp. teacher was come,but I would like to acknowledged you that she came after 7 days for trial demo and when we confirmed for her classs, she was not come from the next day ,so where is parents mistake?And request you pls don't speak any one with sarcastically,every one have a self respect.....

Poor support staff. Malfunctioning app. Unfulfilled promises. Vague and accusing reply. Simply it's a wate of time and resources. I took loan from my friends to pay this people. But I haven't got any classes till 90 working days. Only after initiating the refund process, they gave a contact. I demand a full refund. Till now the VMS SUPPORT hasn't responded. I want my refund which I am entitled to get!!! Please don't waste your precious money by placing your trust in this firm. They will ensure to make you run behind them like a mad dog. The karma will hit them back

Pathetic services Not on words Commission agents only Don't send your child in this institution Thisbis of no use . Not professional. Commitments are not honoured.

Time pass staff. Before demo classes they taken regn amount 2000/-. No demo classes given 15 days. Till date they not yet returned the said amt. repeated call they not attending. No need any explanation from you. You just refund the amt at the earliest. Your staff told after 9 days the same has been refunded but till date no refund has been received.

The most cheap and fraudulent company I have ever come across. They make totally false promises. It's been 25 days I have paid them the yearly tutor membership fee and they haven't provided me a single tuition in these days. Even after constantly messaging them and calling them everyday they provide no results. In the name of providing tuitions they engage you with fake people who don't need any tuitions from their company. They stop taking your calls, don't respond to messages either. All they do is humiliate people and take money from them fraudently. Strict actions must be taken against them. Don't ever trust them!

Very much unprofessionalism, they doesn't respond to parents after receiving money. Don't send them money before receiving service, and pay them at month end , after service, if anyone facing trouble, or if any emergency, contact me I will send you a teacher for free.... But do not trust on them in any situation

How should I put it the counselor which came home for consultation was pretty nice and all but after the registration , he leaved l. He appointed me with a teacher for demo class and one normal class, i wasn't able to understand or how should I put it it didn't feel right as in gut feeling. I wanted to change the tutor after the two demo class no one received the call neither the counselor nor the company itself I even messeged them several times and they haven't responded yet and I am still waiting. Pls respond. In the end pretty bad management even the tutor himself said they don't receive calls even the tutor calls that's funny The tutor was not bad I wasn't able to understand that's all. If this continued they are going to be considered fraud and, I would like my refund of ₹2000 if they can .
