Value for Money I am a doctor. Usually stay busy most of the time. Had great experience with Scoochers. It is not like the other coaching institute service as I have tried several other centres, they’re good at what say, the service and teachers are excellent. Teachers are regular if missed they compensate and so much friendly with my son. Co-ordination throughout the journey is very smooth. Overall great experience and excellent service, I am happy to share the Scoochers contacts to my Relatives & Friends.

Just wanted to share an honest feedback on Scoochers service. I took their service on June 2024 and almost completed 2 academic year of my daughter and I am very happy with my teacher Miss. Ramya. My daughter scored excellent marks in maths and science in 9 grade. Good improvement and she has overcome all her backlogs by taking tuitions with Ramya. Overall scoochers team provided best support for my daughter and amazing service by their team. Go for it..

Value for money I will definitely recommend all the working parents out there to trust Scoochers for their child's academic. I am working professional myself and I don't get enough time to focus on my son's studies. I contacted Scoochers a year before and Mr. Ankit and his team were so quick in their service and understood my requirement properly and sent me Miss. Sunitha as my home tuition teacher. My son has improved a lot and infact scored excellent marks in his Quarterly exams which is definitely what I wanted. I am very very happy with Scoochers team and looking forward to continue in the upcoming academic years also.

No proper communication and response It’s just one person responding to many queries I guess so their response time is not great Update: I received a call from Mr. Ankit, who mentioned he was travelling and hence couldn’t respond earlier. While that is understandable, my concern was about why only one person handles everything and why parents must wait until he is available. As a parent and client, timely communication is essential—especially when children are involved. We were given a brief 4–5 line profile of the teacher, which is fine for a demo. However, when we emailed asking whether Scoochrs takes accountability for the teacher’s conduct, we received no response. When I raised this, I was accused of intentionally waiting until the class time to make the payment and was not given a chance to speak. As parents, we tend to be extra cautious, and expect clear, accountable communication in return. He also referenced my earlier review as a reason for speaking to me the way he did. When I asked if I can speak to someone else, he said there is no one else I can speak to. I was told that the company would not provide services for my child now or in the future, simply because I asked more questions and sought clarity. I approached Scoochers through a reference. I understand it isn’t easy to deal with parents and children day in and day out, but for a brand in this field, respectful communication and accountability are basic expectations and that should have been the first for them to work out as a team. This is my experience - others may have had great ones, and I believe the concept and faculty are strong. However, I hope the brand considers improving communication, responsiveness, and respect toward parents’ genuine queries. Sharing this as my point of view.

Good service and excellent teachers from Scoochers. I took tuition for two of my daughter's. Very safe. The teacher is coming to my home on time and regularly. Really worth the money and time.
