I had booked shivani mam in 16 nov 2025.after searching so many makeup artist .i finalise shivani mam with very hope ..that she is best artist as seen in videos and photos .but no I am wrong.. reality is I was very disappointed after makeup.. seriously makeup is not good..its look like normal makeup like fresher artist ..she did everyone makeup (me as a bridal and 6 more members) everyone experience has been very bad ..i feel they are left in a hurry after applying makeup.....after my jaimala ... makeup starting to remove ...my makeup complete around 7pm...or my jaimala timing is around 12 pm....in a short period makeup getting remove.my mang tika not fix properly it's mis align come out from centre ...my mother saari drape bhut hi ghatiya ..asymmetric way ..isse acha meri ma khud phn leti h .. seriously I was shocked ...she did airbrush makeup...I was pay 30k....so plz guys artist book karne se pahle ab ache se search kr lo...so that apki wedding khrab na ho...mere sare fotos me to mang tika teda pakistan ja rha tha

It's my comfort place. Though I go to salon once in 6 months but they give their finest of services. Kudos to Shivani ma'am

Extremely disappointed with this salon. I had taken a treatment from here earlier, and on one simple request for a hair wash, they completely denied it—even though the salon was open. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. When you take a service from a place, you at least expect basic support afterwards. I strongly advise others to stay away from this salon. They do not care about customer service once the payment is done. Absolutely not recommended!
