I completed my degree from JD institute and its one of the best decision I've ever made. I had a very memorable time at JD. The faculty have been very supportive throughout the years and its a pleasure to go back and meet them even now. The confidence and exposure i have got is unmatched.

JD Design Awards is here. I cannot wait to see the work of our young aspiring interior designers of Goa. Original ideas, innovative projects, a new wave of thinking and more will be on display. To all the interior design students participaing this year wishing you all the very best.

JD Design Awards 2023 is here! The energy is palpable among students and us faculties. The doors of the first phase of the awards will start in Goa on 18th April with th design exhibiton and fashion show on 21st April. It is always good to see students all excited to show their work. All the best to our participating students in Goa, its your day!

The BSc in Fashion and apparel design course has been a wonderful, extremely enriching and stimulating experience. I come from a totally different background so I started it with no idea of fashion other than what I‘ve learn from magazines or TV, and now I can say that I understand much better how the industry works.The classes are small and give great opportunities to develop our styles, choices, ideas to become better designers. The teachers are giving one-to-one to help us grow and create more fabulous designs. The focus on textiles, design, drawing and production is fantastic for the development of the collections. The school has also provided college placements to us from very reputed brands like Calvin Klein Tommy Hilfiger etc. Since the school is small, we have a closer relationship with the staff and students. It is what made me always feel home. The teachers will always be willing to help! and care a lot about their students as well as pushing their individualism. The past years made me grow into the designer of my dreams. I could not recommend it enough!

I studied in this institute. They don’t teach anything properly and they just drag the course. For sketching they will teach you how to draw cameras and other things first instead of showing how to do the dress sketching. After finishing also I don’t know how to stitch properly. My friend studied in other institute and in one year she has been able to do so many beautiful designs and outfits. I am feeling so disappointed that after so much of payment and my parents are so disappointed in me. If you will ask any JD student to tell you the truth they will tell you we have hardly learnt anything. They are simply taking so much fees it’s all money making business. I am writing from other account because I don’t want them to fight with me. But don’t waste your money in this institute.
