Veranda RACE Govt Exams Coaching Institute - Bank, SSC, TNPSC, Railways - Tiruppur

I am writing this comment just to explain the present condition of SSC coaching in this institute. It's been a year of my joining in this institute. In the starting it was very good. The classes and circle all went well. I noticed so much of improvement in my preparation too. Literally since last two months it was like we aren't getting any good support or anything from the team. The groups were always inactive. They aren't even correctly notifying students about the exam notifications or any other SSC related news. Also the new TL was not at all approach friendly which makes us uncomfortable. Even if we go up with any demands or doubts he always ends up saying that "He doesn't know or it is not upto him". It is getting worse each and every day. This shattered me very much. I had joined institute for the only reason that I will get better coaching and personalized mentor support. But we don't even get any basic support like study material and special sessions like which was conducted before. I thought these things should reach the branch head so that this issue will be sorted out soon. My only demand is that we need a Team which is fully aware of SSC and would give us timely information, good support in all the way and which will always be ready to solve our doubts and which will motivate us constantly.

I would like to bring to your notice that the overall SSC preparation at Tiruppur institute is going very poorly. Many staff members do not seem concerned about students’ progress or performance. The TL frequently behaves in a rude and disrespectful manner towards students. He does not listen to students’ questions properly and often ignores them. When doubts are asked, his responses are careless, dismissive, or impolite, which discourages students from interacting in class. Moreover, "The TL shows a lack of professionalism by spending excessive time privately with one particular female student" during institute hours, while other students are left unattended. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflects unfair treatment.Such behaviour is highly inappropriate in a professional learning environment and is negatively affecting students’ confidence and preparation for competitive exams. I kindly request the management to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action immediately.

I am a student at the Veranda Race Institute, Tirupur branch. I joined one year ago, and my classes have now been completed. Currently, we are attending tests in the lab, but the lab facilities are not satisfactory. There are frequent power cuts, and sometimes only one line has power while the other remains without electricity for the entire day. This issue occurs regularly, not just occasionally. Because of this, we are unable to complete our tests properly, and it is seriously affecting our studies. We have already raised complaints regarding this issue, but no action has been taken so far. Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a proper solution at the earliest.

I am really want to explain the current situation of SSC veranda race Tiruppur Focus batch is going well each and every doubt can explain by mentors very patiently Starting I am not interested in attending the focus circle SSC TL guided me to attend the circle ,he told me level of the question is difficult it make you to improve your skill to learn something newly.he approach every student to attend the circle Starting circle was hard to attend , maximum of one hour I can solve only 20questions ,within a few days .I learn to approach main level questions .I really weak in english section nowadays eduquity pattern stressed me lot.. attending the focus circle it make me improvise in english section. I really thank to SSC TL and mentors for guiding me in focus batch. Focus batch improve me day by day Someone who told negative comments they are not willing to attend any program properly . Really thanks to SSC TL and mentors.

I am sharing this because students should know the truth before joining. If you don’t believe me, just ask any SSC student who has been studying here They will tell you the real situation. I am very disappointed. No one here cares about the students. We don’t even get proper job notifications or updates. Whenever we ask the SSC Team Leader anything, he simply says "I don’t know." If he doesn’t know or doesn’t guide us, then what is the use of having a TL? He does not care about any students. I joined this institute because my friend told me that the SSC team in Tiruppur is very good and that they guide students well. Even my seniors said the same. But after the previous SSC TL left the job, everything has become worse. Now we don’t get any support from the current SSC team. There is no proper guidance, no updates, and no responsibility.
