I joined this institute for banking coaching but my experience has been very disappointing. At the time of admission, I was told that demo classes are not available and the fee had to be paid either in one lump sum (₹16,000) or in two installments (₹18,000). I paid the full amount in advance. However, later I noticed that new students were being offered demo classes, which I was denied earlier. This clearly shows the hypocrisy of the institute. The classes are also not well managed. Students who have been preparing for 2 years and complete beginners are all kept in the same batch, which makes learning ineffective. When I raised this issue, the management refused to make separate batches. It's been one month,that I stopped attending classes, and the institute showed no concern, which proves they only care about fees and not the student’s progress. Some teachers are good, but for many subjects there are no professional faculty. When I requested them to bring professional teachers, I was bluntly told that this cannot be done. Overall, this institute is a total waste of money and time. My experience here has been highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to anyone who is serious about their preparation.
