In my point of view, Sir should conduct a general test at the time of admission so that Sir can divide the children into the right category accordingly. Children who are very weak will feel a little motivated after seeing children like them and those who are a little better will not feel that they are wasting their time at all. After all my experience was good but I think it could be little better.
