Very bad experience. I joined the online course after being informed that a refund would be provided if the class was not satisfactory within 7 days. I attended the class for two days, but due to lag of class , I applied for a refund within the given time. I was told that the refund was approved and would be credited within two months. I waited patiently, but even after two months, the amount was not credited. I followed up again and again no response . Later, after three months, they asked me to share all payment proofs, which I did immediately. After that, there was no proper response. Me and my brother called them many times. Most of the time, calls were not answered. When they did answer, they kept saying "refund is processed" and "verification is completed." Now it has been almost one year, and the refund of ₹5,000 is still not credited. This amount is very important to me, and this delay caused serious financial stress. Very disappointed with the service and support. I do not recommend this course due to poor communication and unfulfilled refund promises.
