I would like to share my experience with Dynamic Study Planet to help others make an informed decision. I paid ₹5,000 for only 15 days, which I later realized was extremely expensive for the services provided. Despite making the full payment in good faith, I did not receive proper classes according to my time zone, even after clearly informing them that I am living in Canada. When I raised this issue, I was simply told that adjustments were not possible. Later, I booked my exam based on their assurance that my schedule would be managed, but the commitment was not honored. I then requested that my fees be adjusted toward a French course, which they initially discussed but later refused to resolve fairly. Out of the ₹5,000 paid, they deducted ₹2,000 for just three days of classes, each lasting no more than one hour, which I found unreasonable. I was informed that only ₹3,000 could be adjusted, and when I requested a refund instead, I was told that refunds are not allowed—something that was never clearly communicated before payment. The overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional staff behavior. I feel that my money was wasted, and the service did not match what was promised. I am sharing this review so that others can be aware and ask for clear policies, schedules, and refund terms in writing before enrolling.

Dynamic Study Planet is not worth the money. The fees are very high compared to the service provided. There is no clear refund policy, and fee deductions are made without proper justification. Overall, poor value for money. I would advise others to be cautious before making any payment.
