I'm doing my CS Executive currently from career classes, I have also completed my CSEET from career classes, here my best experience is they always provide notes, faculties are good, teachers are always available, and they also have extra lectures and test series on exam times. I'm actually satisfied with all teaching services .

I recently enrolled in a CA Foundation coaching center and paid a registration fee of ₹1000. However, my experience with the center has been quite disappointing. Despite my repeated requests, they have refused to refund the registration fee, despite initially agreeing to do so. Their excuses for withholding the refund have been unnecessary and at times, they have resorted to providing misleading information. My dissatisfaction began during my visit to their facility. The counselor I spoke with was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked to see the classes and facilities, they provided flimsy excuses, which raised doubts about their transparency and reliability. Moreover, their fee structure appears to be inconsistent and questionable. Different individuals were quoted different fees, indicating a lack of standardized policies and professionalism. Their customer service is also subpar. They often do not answer calls, making communication difficult. When they do respond, it's often evasive and unprofessional, reflecting a lack of commitment to addressing concerns. The situation escalated when I involved the owner. However, instead of addressing the issues, the owner was dismissive and uncooperative. They attempted to shift blame onto me, which was completely unjustified. Even after agreeing to a refund, they failed to follow through, demonstrating a lack of integrity and accountability. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research any coaching center before enrolling. Transparency, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential qualities to look for in such institutions.

I study here ,, preparing for CS. The staff faculty here is the best . If you can promise yourself to crack the exam you are preparing for then career classes literally helps.. If you stay motivated the whole year and keep struggling sincerely with no backlogs and completing every material given by them ,, I can guarantee you, you will be 101% selected in your goal ❤️

Despite escalating the issue to her, the owner was dismissive and uncooperative. Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns I raised, she tried to shift the blame onto me, falsely claiming that I was at fault. Her attitude was indifferent and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Even after agreeing to refund the registration fee, they have failed to follow through, which further demonstrates their lack of integrity and accountability. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to student satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before enrolling and to thoroughly research any coaching center's policies and reputation to avoid such distressing experiences. In conclusion, my experience with this coaching center has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.
