I am writing to express my concern regarding the abrupt closure of the FIITJEE Coaching Centre in Sector-62, Noida, which has left students, including my child, in a state of uncertainty. It is with regret that I note the absence of any communication or clarity about the possibility of resuming classes. This lack of transparency has significantly shaken my confidence in FIITJEE’s ability to fulfil its commitments, especially considering the adverse news in the media surrounding the institution. When my child enrolled, I made the payment through postdated cheques, relying on FIITJEE's reputation and commitment to providing a high-quality educational experience. However, the sudden closure of the centre and the lack of any updates or action from FIITJEE has left us in a very difficult situation. This disruption has severely impacted my child's education and preparation and as such, I feel I have no choice but to instruct my bank to stop any postdated cheques that have not yet been presented. Given that the course was not completed and there have been no provisions made to facilitate the continuation of the program, I am left with no option but to request a full refund of the amount paid. I trust that FIITJEE will acknowledge the gravity of this situation.
