Focus is a institute for iit jee prep where there is the one and only teacher . What attracts more students is it's low fee but it's actually not worth it . I have been a student here for 2 years as it was cheap . Students hesitate to clear their doubts and he mainly focuses on the front benchers and never on mediocre students.The teacher even says that weak students are only his medium to earn money.Well I made it to IIT in my drop year but there is definitely a regret of wasting my 11 12. All the positive and nice reviews you see out here seems to have come from students or teachers connected to this institution which didn't match my personal experience. He demands that kota coaching institutes probably allen is nothing in front of what he teaches and that the owners family has no one in iit . He is basically arrogant some times , does not even hesitate to beat someone badly . If you want to have a successful jee journey staying in dhanbad better take up online coaching and don't rely on all these local ones.

I am currently studying at IIT Hyderabad just because of the guidance , teaching and study material provided by FOCUS. The material provided by focus was always more than enough than what's needed to crack JEE Advanced , The best thing about focus is that , here every time sir keeps updating everything according to the trends of JEE , The environment provided by FOCUS to study is best .

An institute that knows how to sell dreams to the students and parents. Hands down the worst institue for JEE in Dhanbad, infact there isn't even one in this city. But coming to Focus, I'm sure this has to be the worst. Let me share my experience, rest you can decide. The seminar the main teacher (Ajay Veer Singh) conducts after you give their entance test, is nothing but a session to brainwash you and your parents. He'll make you believe that every other coaching in the country is shit and our Ajay Veer sir is the only legit one. Even I was convinced to join the institute as I had cleared the criteria to be eliguble for attending their classes. Ajay Veer presented himself as someone who really cares for the students and understands what they go through in this journey. But now let me tell you how caring and bad the reality is inside the classroom! First, the basic system of their classes is rigged. There's no fix timing of classes, someday classes are in the morning, afternoon or evening. They promised us that you have to score 150 + in the entrance test, but guess what? Majority of the students hadn't even cleared the criteria but were still enrolled. Is this fair? Ajay Veer promised that he'll teach from the very basics, he won my trust with that line in the seminar. But that also turned out to be a scam. Bro started directly with NLM in 11th physics, without the knwoledge of vectors, kinematics equations, FBD, etc. During one of tge lectures he said, "Peeche wala sab bacha sirf mera jeb bhar raha hai, aage wala bacha sab hi rank lage dega". Is this the "caring of students" that he mentioned? One student asked him some doubt and he replied with "Ye nahi samajh me aa raha to kal se mat aana". Also one more special thing, sometimes if he doesn't want to teach or something, then he sends his students from ISM to teach. Didn't the parents intrust him to Ajay Veer? Overall I just wanna say that if you want to destroy your future then happily enroll here. Better study somewhere better.

He might be one of the most amazing teachers out there for PCM but I see him as an over ambitious person who is incapable of attaining basic human values. I belonged to the batch 2012-2014. Yes I definitely didn't crack "IIT" but I never regret my current lifer after 10 years. If you guys are wondering what happened to me. Here you go.. In year 2014 after completing session , when my father went to clear all dues, the only thing he could say to my father was that " your daughter is not capable of doing anything in life , she is weak " I hold no grudge because I pity you and people who learn life values from you "clearing IIT is life " rest all are donkeys. Yes he did use this word during his classes. Anyways. I am happy for not clearing IIT. Life not to be taken so seriously that you ruin your life at last. By Happy & blessed Soul & a proud daughter
